Thank you for choosing ProSupport IT Consulting. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including Project Support, IT Training, IT Certification Preparation, and Interview Preparation & Career Support. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
ProSupport IT Consulting offers:
- Project Support: Real-time technical guidance and mentoring for IT professionals working on live projects, including troubleshooting, code reviews, architecture discussions, and production support across technologies like Azure, AWS, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, and more.
- IT Training: Private 1-on-1 instructor-led training programs covering cloud platforms, data engineering, DevOps, enterprise applications, and software development technologies.
- IT Certification Preparation: Structured preparation programs for industry-recognized certifications including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, PMP, and cybersecurity certifications.
- Interview Preparation & Career Support: Mock interviews, resume reviews, technical scenario practice, and career coaching to help you succeed in your job search.
3. Your Responsibilities
To get the most out of our services, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information during registration and onboarding
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance
- Treat our instructors, developers, and support staff with respect
- Complete recommended practice exercises and assignments between sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials shared during sessions
- Use our services for your own professional development
4. What We Expect You Won't Do
- Share, resell, or redistribute training materials or session recordings
- Record sessions without prior written consent
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity or professional background
5. Payments
- All service fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Prices are displayed in both USD and INR; applicable taxes will be added as required by law
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI
- For ongoing engagements (such as Project Support), payments follow the agreed billing cycle
- We reserve the right to update pricing; any changes will not affect ongoing paid engagements
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We work with experienced professionals whose time is scheduled and compensated upfront. As such:

Once a service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind or inability to continue.

- No cancellations: Services cannot be cancelled after payment and commencement.
- No transfers: Payments for one service cannot be transferred to a different service.
- Quality commitment: If you have a genuine concern about your assigned developer or instructor, we will allocate an alternative at no additional cost. Your success matters to us.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, curricula, code samples, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of ProSupport IT Consulting. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is not permitted.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This includes technical solutions, business processes, and personal data. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are designed to support your professional growth, but outcomes such as job placement, certification success, or salary increases depend on many factors beyond our control. We provide guidance and expertise; the application and results are ultimately yours.
To the extent permitted by law, ProSupport IT Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
If any issue arises:

- Step 2: If unresolved, we agree to attempt mediation
- Step 3: Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to materials and sessions will cease.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
